Now Hiring: Assistant General Manager | $70K–$80K | Calhoun, GA
We are seeking a driven and experienced Assistant General Manager to help lead daily operations, support team performance, and drive efficiency across departments. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys making an impact.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the General Manager with daily operations and decision-making
• Lead, coach, and support supervisors and team members
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and performance management
• Monitor production, quality, and safety standards
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Help prepare reports, budgets, and key performance metrics (KPIs)
• Address employee concerns and assist with conflict resolution
• Support onboarding, training, and employee development
• Coordinate communication across departments to ensure smooth workflow
• Step in to lead operations in the absence of the General Manager
Qualifications:
