Job Title: Server’s Assistant (Busser/Food Runner)Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Server’s Assistant to support our serving staff and ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment. The Server’s Assistant plays a vital role in enhancing the guest experience by assisting with table service, clearing and resetting tables, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist servers by delivering food and beverages to tables promptly and accurately
  • Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and efficiently
  • Refill water glasses and provide bread or other table items as needed
  • Ensure dining and service areas are clean, organized, and stocked at all times
  • Communicate guest needs or issues to servers or management
  • Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas before and after service
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations
  • Support team members to ensure smooth and efficient service
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is a plus
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills
