A significant part of the team’s responsibility is Managed File Transfer (MFT), which includes technologies such as Connect:Direct, SFTP, file gateways, certificates, SSH keys, and other security mechanisms. The team ensures that files are transmitted securely, delivered to the correct destination, monitored, audited, and stored according to compliance requirements.

The team needs operational support engineers who can onboard users, troubleshoot connectivity issues, resolve certificate and authentication problems, and assist customers with transferring files successfully.

Client is looking for someone who has a strong architecture experience with strong solutioning and an expert with cloud – AWS/Azure. Understanding of security, storage, transmission, encryption; he does not need a Java developer and not a coding-heavy profile, but more of an architecture driven candidate.
