Position Overview:

Arctiq is looking for an experienced Automation and Security Specialistto support the implementation of secure data exchange automation using the Kiteworks platform to support regulated workflows. The focus is on API integrations, managed file transfer, secure email delivery, and compliance-aligned automation (GxP, HIPAA, GDPR). Contract: 4-6 Months


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead discovery sessions and workshops with stakeholders to gather security, compliance (GxP, HIPAA, GDPR, PII), business and technical requirements
  • Design automation solutions/integrations (REST APIs, SFTP bridges) to support data ingestion, transfers, and sharing workflows while enforcing encryption, access controls, logging, and audit visibility
  • Configure and deploy Kiteworks automation components in non-production (validation/test) environment, conduct controlled change validation, then promote to production
  • Implement approved workflows (data pulls, API endpoints, data transformations) and secure email delivery integrations
  • Provide regulatory documentation (validation, risk and compliance advisory) aligned with frameworks (GxP, SOX, CIS, etc.)
  • Work with PMO on the following (define architecture, identity/access, infrastructure constraints, prioritized use cases; estimate effort; track hours; escalate dependencies)
  • Provide go-live coordination, post-deployment stabilization (issue reviews, migration governance support), knowledge transfer and handoff for internal operations
  • Ensure Arctiq representatives observe working hours, site/network restrictions, and security/privacy requirements; comply with background checks
  • Deliver all documentation in English and promptly deliver all material/notebooks/data at project close; comply with payment terms


Qualifications:

  • Architecture, design, and implementation of Kiteworks secure data exchange automation
  • Hands-on configuration of Kiteworks workflows for SFTP/API bridges, file transfer operations, and REST API integrations
  • Secure email-based file delivery (TLS), cloud object storage integration (Azure Blob, AWS S3)
  • Identity & access design for automation (folder permissions, roles, authentication, encryption)
  • Experience in regulated environments (GxP, HIPAA, GDPR, SOX) and producing validation-aligned documentation (CSV)
  • Experience with validation templates, Risk/Security Assessment, Operational Qualification, IQ/OQ packages for Kiteworks
  • Managed file transfer (MFT) and secure file sharing best practices
  • Ability to configure and test Kiteworks non-production environment and promote to production with regression testing
  • Excellent documentation, change control, and working with Compliance/Audit teams
  • Strong project management across ServiceIQ phases; develop validation and security documentation (no audit sign-off)
  • Must work under Arctiq's terms/conditions and assume responsibility only for deliverables explicitly described


Preferred:

  • Regulated industry automation experience and validation documentation proficiency
