Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough intake interviews with new clients to assess mental health needs and establish treatment plans tailored to individual situations.
  • Facilitate engaging individual, group, and family therapy sessions focused on addressing conflicts, enhancing communication, and fostering healthy relationships.
  • Regularly prepare and maintain accurate progress notes and treatment summaries to track client progress and inform ongoing therapeutic strategies.
  • Provide specialized services for the Behavioral Health Department, including program management, coordination of community resources, and participation in outreach initiatives.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance client care, recommend supportive community resources, and develop preventive mental health programs.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients you will support come from various backgrounds. They seek assistance for issues ranging from relationship challenges and anxiety to more complex mental health concerns. As an LMFT, you will be instrumental in creating a safe and inclusive atmosphere where clients can express their feelings and work towards positive change.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.
  • Must hold an active and unrestricted LMFT license in Oregon and remain up-to-date on relevant state regulations and supervision guidelines.
  • A minimum of two years of professional experience providing crisis management and mental health services is essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey therapeutic concepts and treatment plans to clients and team members alike.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working with diverse populations and a deep understanding of multicultural issues that affect psychotherapy.
  • Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms, ensuring seamless documentation and client communication.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 annually, reflective of your experience and qualifications.
