The Role

The Store Manager is a dynamic leader and brand ambassador responsible for driving commercial success while delivering an elevated client experience. Through inspirational leadership, brand stewardship, and a commitment to luxury standards, they cultivate a high-performing store environment that reflects the elegance and values of Ana Luisa.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing store team committed to excellence
  • Drive sales performance and profitability through strategic leadership of key business metrics, including conversion, AOV, UPT, client retention, and overall store KPIs
  • Deliver bespoke service and elevated client experiences that cultivate clientele, deepen loyalty, and strengthen brand affinity
  • Oversee monthly P&L performance, strategically managing expenses while maximizing profitability without compromising luxury standards or brand presentation
  • Partner closely with HQ teams to execute merchandising, operational, and client-driven initiatives
  • Maintain exceptional visual presentation, inventory integrity, and operational excellence throughout the store
  • Curate elevated in-store events and personalized experiences that foster community engagement and cultivate long-term client relationships
  • Serve as a true brand ambassador, consistently upholding the highest standards of service, presentation, and hospitality

Qualifications

  • 4โ€“5+ years of luxury or premium retail management experience

Compensation

In accordance with California salary transparency guidelines, the expected salary rate for this position is $80,000 to $87,000.00 annually. Final compensation is based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
