About the Role:
ComForCare Home Health Care in Arlington, VA is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Male Caregiver to join our growing team on a flexible shift schedule. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients who need personalized, in-home care and support. Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
  • Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
  • Prepare meals and assist with feeding according to client dietary needs
  • Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, cleaning, and tidying living spaces
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
  • Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors
  • Assist with medication reminders and follow individualized care plans
Requirements:
  • Male applicants preferred to meet specific client care preferences and comfort needs
  • Prior experience in caregiving, home health, or a related field is a plus
  • Ability to assist with personal care, transfers, and activities of daily living (ADLs)
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing high-quality client-centered care
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
  • CPR/First Aid certification is a plus or willingness to obtain
