Job Type: Part-Time/Fill-in
Shifts: Mornings/Afternoons
Pay: Starting at $20.00/hour-$22.00/hour, based on experience

Brighter Days Home Care is a family-owned and operated Home Care Agency currently serving over 250 clients across Tennessee. We’re expanding our team and looking for reliable, compassionate caregivers to provide non-medical, in-home support to seniors and individuals with disabilities.

If you’re a Home Health Aide (HHA), Caregiver, or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) looking for meaningful part-time work—you’ve found the right place.
Client is requesting a MALE caregiver.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Prepare simple meals and assist with feeding as needed
  • Perform light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, etc.)
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Monitor and document changes in client health or behavior
  • Communicate effectively with families, supervisors, and care teams

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Caregiver, PCA, CNA, or HHA preferred but not required
  • A kind, patient, and client-centered approach to care
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift, transfer, and assist clients with mobility
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
  • Ability to work independently and follow care plans
