Job description

Colonial Apartments is now hiring a Porter / Make Ready near the Heights area.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
  • Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
  • Provide residents with outstanding customer service
  • Keep the property clean and free of trash and debris
  • Pick up trash around buildings, parking areas, and common spaces
  • Clean breezeways, stairwells, and other shared areas
  • Maintain dumpster and trash areas
  • Assist the maintenance team with light tasks when needed
  • Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management
  • Help keep the community neat and welcoming for residents
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in maintenance or custodial work is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment is a plus.
