Reporting directly to the Foundation President and serving as a key member of the executive leadership team, the VP will design and lead a best-in-class philanthropic strategy focused on major, principal, and transformational gifts from individuals and foundations. The VP will also oversee strategic engagement for board, volunteer and hospital leaders, as well as cultivate and grow international fundraising. This executive will play a pivotal role in advancing the hospital's mission through strategic donor and board engagement, innovative fundraising initiatives, and global partnerships. The VP will lead a high-performing team, oversee a portfolio that generates approximately $50 million annually, and ensure attainment of campaign goals.
