As a locally owned and managed independent company, we offer customized acquisition and service programs to our clients in the Greater Seattle Area.


Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role for a Major Account Manager. The Major Account Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with our largest accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting sales targets through increased revenue, gross profit and implemented CNW solutions. The role requires the ability to work independently and collaboratively with the sales team to exceed customers' expectations.


Qualifications


****B2B sales and account management experience within the Copier Industry are required for this role****

  • Dedicated to providing superior customer support and service
  • High comfort level with interfacing with C-level executives and business owners
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to cover Major Accounts assigned in Western WA, some driving required
  • High-level administrative skills, ability to create and deliver proposals, and complete detailed paperwork

Responsibilities

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas: Monthly Quota $80,000, Quarterly Quota $240,000, Annual Quota $960,000
  • Develop key relationships with decision makers and influencers from assigned Major Account customers and prospects
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of current product lines, business processes, and industry trends necessary to be successful
  • Develop new revenue from existing clients by consistently selling custom solutions
  • Account Management by way of Quarterly Account Reviews and timely follow-through with customer
  • Maintain a professional appearance and promote a positive company image at all times
  • Pursue ongoing training and professional development
