Job description

Pay Range $20-$25/hr

Hours FT: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

·         Rate of pay is based on experience | Immediate Access to DailyPay

·        Responsible for preventative maintenance program and physical plant management. 

·         Inspects building and grounds periodically to observe work to be performed.  

·         Ensures the overall maintenance, repair, replacement, and improvement of the buildings and grounds. 

·         Prepares daily schedules to include established routine duties, as well as additional maintenance requests.  

·         Prepares living units for new Residents.  

·         Advises Executive Director concerning physical plant needs. 

·         Maintenance Worker is expected to own and use his own basic hand tools. 

·         Learns and understands the fire, safety, and emergency procedures.  

·         Learns and understands the door alarm system.  

·         Will be regular in attendance, with the right attitude and attire. 

·         Previous experience in the maintenance of building and grounds.  

·         Mechanical ability required.  

·         Valid driver’s license in the state of employment required. 

·         Drug-free workplace. We do perform criminal background checks and substance abuse testing.
