We are looking for a dependable, self-motivated individual who takes pride in their work and enjoys maintaining residential communities. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, customer-service oriented, and able to work independently while supporting the onsite management team.Position SummaryThe Property Maintenance Crew Member is responsible for maintaining the appearance, safety, and functionality of the community. This position performs a variety of maintenance, repair, landscaping, and renovation tasks while responding to resident and management requests in a timely and professional manner.Job Duties• Perform general electrical, plumbing, and mechanical repairs.• Troubleshoot and complete heating and cooling maintenance and repairs.• Complete general building and grounds maintenance.• Mow, trim, edge, weed, and maintain landscaped areas.• Mulch flower beds and perform seasonal landscaping.• Remove leaves and maintain community cleanliness.• Safely operate and maintain lawn equipment, including mowers, weed trimmers, and leaf blowers.• Respond promptly to maintenance work orders and emergency service requests.• Repair buildings, structures, and community equipment.• Assist with the renovation and remodeling of homes.• Maintain records of scheduled maintenance and completed repairs.• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.• Support onsite management and maintenance staff with various operational tasks.• Perform other duties as assigned.Preferred Skills• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance practices.• Experience operating landscaping equipment.• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.• Excellent organizational and time management skills.• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.• Strong communication and customer service skills.• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented attitude.• Willingness to learn and assist with a variety of maintenance and operational responsibilities.Job Requirements• 2 years of maintenance experience preferred.• High school diploma or GED required.• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.• Reliable transportation.• Ability to pass a background check.• Authorized to work in the United States.• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions.• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. $16.00 - $20.00 Hourly
