Maintenance Technician
Muskogee, OK
Red River Brick, a premier brand within the General Shale network, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team at our Muskogee, Oklahoma facility. This role is ideal for experienced industrial maintenance professionals who enjoy hands-on work, troubleshooting equipment, and supporting safe, efficient plant operations.
Position Overview:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing plant-wide mechanical and electrical equipment. This role includes performing general maintenance, diagnosing equipment issues, supporting production goals, and contributing to a zero-harm workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical, mechanical, and production equipment
  • Inspect machinery and equipment for wear or needed repairs
  • Perform general plant maintenance, including welding, pipefitting, machining, and basic fabrication
  • Install, align, and maintain new and existing equipment
  • Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
  • Perform physical tasks such as climbing, lifting, balancing, and handling materials
  • Diagnose equipment malfunctions and complete repairs in a timely manner
  • Follow all safety regulations and maintain a zero-harm workplace
  • Assist with additional maintenance or operational tasks as assigned

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 2 years industrial maintenance experience
  • Mechanical aptitude; electrical knowledge preferred
  • Ability to read basic schematics and equipment manuals
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Dependable with a commitment to safety

Schedule:
  • Day shift, Tuesday-Saturday
  • 5:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. (or until production is complete)

Pay:
  • $26.48 per hour, paid weekly
