Job description

We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician. You will be reasonable form completing work orders and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine preventative maintenance
  • Complete work orders generated by front desk to address guest concerns.
  • Oversee work performed by outside contractors.

Qualifications * General proficiency in Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and all areas need to maintain in an Assisted Living

  • Previous experience with a multi unit property.
  • Proficient with maintenance tools and equipment
  • Detail orientated.

Pay: $23.00 - $29.00 per hour
