We are looking for a dependable, self-motivated individual who takes pride in their work and enjoys maintaining residential communities. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, customer-service oriented, and able to work independently while supporting the onsite management team.Position SummaryThe Property Maintenance Crew Member is responsible for maintaining the appearance, safety, and functionality of the community.
