Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Mount Pulaski, IL. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintenance metal stamping, troubleshooting, repair, and possess strong electrical and mechanical skills. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment and minimizing downtime.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to quickly identify root causes and implement effective repairs.
  • Perform repairs and adjustments on stamping presses, conveyors, and other production equipment.
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and report on equipment status.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all maintenance activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
