Now Hiring: Full-Time Maintenance Technician

Schedule: Full Time, Monday- Friday. On call 1-2 weekends per month.

Location: Methuen, MA

Compensation: $25.00-$28.00 per hour based on experience

What You’ll Do

As part of our maintenance team, you’ll work closely with our Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager to ensure residents receive high-quality service every day. Responsibilities include:

  • Completing daily repairs and work orders promptly and professionally
  • Performing general maintenance: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, drywall, HVAC
  • Preparing vacant apartments for new residents
  • Troubleshooting and repairing leaks, fixtures, appliances, switches, and other building systems
  • Assisting with groundskeeping and seasonal property care
  • Participating in on-call rotation (1–2 weekends/month)
  • Meeting Arrowpoint’s high standards for quality, safety, and customer service

Who We’re Looking For

An ideal candidate is:

  • Must live within 30 minutes of the Merrimack Valley area.
  • Must have your own basic tools.
  • Experienced in apartment maintenance (2+ years preferred).
  • Skilled in general trades and comfortable working independently.
  • Detail-oriented, problem-solving, and committed to doing the job right.
  • Friendly, communicative, and team oriented.
  • Spanish speaking is a plus but not required.
  • Able to lift 50+ lbs and comfortable using basic hand tools.
  • Tech-friendly (we’ll train you on our property management software).
  • A local resident with a reliable vehicle & valid driver’s license.
