Job description

Hotel Current is currently looking for Full Time Maintenance Staff person who’s responsible for maintaining all buildings to ensure the safety of hotel guests, team members and Vendors.

Job Requirements:

- Must be flexible with schedule.

- 1 or more years of hotel maintenance experience preferred.

- Assist in checking and making routine repairs.

- Assist with preventative maintenance and complete report work orders such as replacing light bulbs, etc.

- Service the hotel’s pool, including adjusting chemicals and cleaning filters.

- Assist in checking and making routine repairs and assist major repairs of hotel equipment including small appliances, kitchen equipment, laundry equipment, boilers, pool equipment, HVAC, hand and power tools and general plumbing systems and fixtures such as pipe lines, toilets and sinks.

- HVAC certification preferred.

- Knowledge of Electrical, Plumbing and Carpentry.

- Good People skills, friendly, helpful attitude

- Multi tasking individual.

- Climbing, standing, walking and routinely lifting 25 lbs to 50 lbs.

- Perform any other job related duties as assigned.

- Must have the ability to communicate in English.
