Job description

Title: Facilities Maintenance Staff

Reports to: VP, Administrative Services

Status: Part-time

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 4:00pm – 9:00pm

Position Summary: Orange Blossom Family Health is seeking a dedicated member to join our Facilities Maintenance Team. The Facilities Maintenance Team is responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary environment for all employees and visitors. Responsibilities include general cleaning duties such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, vacuming, and trash disposal.

Our ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities & Expectations:

  • Perform general cleaning duties such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
  • Dispose of trash and recycling in a timely and safe manner
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors
  • Replenish bathroom supplies as needed
  • Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects as required
  • Report any necessary repairs or maintenance
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations
  • Ensure all cleaning materials and supplies are stored correctly
  • Ensure facility is well maintained

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a janitorial role preferred
  • Knowledge of cleaning products and supplies
  • Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery
  • Strong attention to detail
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Excellent time management skills
