  • Examine equipment to diagnose trouble and effect repairs or replacement of broken parts.  
  • Adjust functional parts of equipment as required.  
  • Must adhere to established industry and safety practices.  
  • Inspect completed work and ensure that work conforms to requirements of local building and safety codes.

- Industry approved apprenticeship program or equivalent OJT work experience
- Good communicator/team player
- Must be able to follow written and oral instructions managing assignments per shift
- Ability to TIG weld and maintain certifications


  • High School diploma or equivalent education.
  • Journeyman card is preferred.
  • Welding experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years work experience which relates to the pipefitting maintenance field such as fabrication, installation and repair of industrial piping systems.
  • A thorough knowledge of maintenance techniques, material, tools and equipment.
  • Ability to follow and carry out written and oral instructions and perform basic mathematical calculations.
  • Mechanical aptitude and basic equipment operation experience is desirable.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts including rotating shift assignment.
  • Ability to function well as a member of the work team.

  • Salary: $51.97 - $54.70 per hour, and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
