Role Description
 

This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Manager at Anthony & Sons Bakery. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for managing the maintenance and repair of our bakery equipment, overseeing preventive maintenance tasks, supervising a team of maintenance staff, and ensuring efficient maintenance management of the facility.

 Qualifications
 

  • Supervisory Skills: ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team
  • Equipment Maintenance: experience managing maintenance of large industrial bakery equipment
  • Preventive Maintenance: knowledge of preventive maintenance schedules and processes for maximizing equipment lifespan and reducing downtime
  • Maintenance Management: ability to manage maintenance staff, prioritize tasks and oversee maintenance operations efficiently
  • Maintenance & Repair: ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair bakery equipment
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with various departments to identify maintenance needs and schedule repairs proactively
  • Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field is preferred, equivalent work experience will be considered
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in equipment maintenance in a manufacturing or food production environment
