Position Summary

The Maintenance Manager ensures all attractions, arcade games, and facility systems are fully operational, safe, and guest-ready. This leadership role oversees the maintenance team, manages preventive maintenance schedules, supervises repairs, and coordinates with operations to maintain high uptime and a clean, well-maintained environment. The Maintenance Manager mentors technicians and ensures compliance with all safety protocols and company standards.


Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily inspections, safety checks, and preventive maintenance of attractions and rides
  • Supervise and support arcade and redemption game repairs and preventive maintenance
  • Manage facility repairs including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, fixtures, doors, and signage
  • Lead, train, and mentor the maintenance team; assign and evaluate work tasks
  • Document maintenance activities, repairs, and schedules
  • Collaborate with operations to prioritize and address facility needs efficiently
  • Enforce all safety protocols, including lockout/tagout and manufacturer guidelines
Preferred Qualifications
  • Trade certifications or equivalent experience in mechanical, electrical, or automotive fields
  • Proven work history in equipment, machinery, and building maintenance
