Maintenance Manager
Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role
A well-established healthcare organization is seeking an experienced and hands-on Maintenance Manager to oversee the daily operations of the maintenance department and ensure the safe, efficient function of the facility's physical plant and environmental systems. This is a confidential search for a leader who can maintain high standards of safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and perform routine maintenance and repair of building systems and facility grounds
  • Coordinate and schedule repairs with external vendors when necessary
  • Ensure continuous operation of utility systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs
  • Manage departmental budget and monitor expenditures
  • Maintain compliance with fire life safety codes, water regulations, and applicable safety standards
  • Supervise maintenance staff and support team development
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-kept environment for staff and residents
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and operational planning
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; trade or technical school preferred
