The role also involves budgeting, sourcing parts and supplies, and implementing preventive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime. Maintenance Managers play a key role in ensuring that all systems operate smoothly and efficiently, helping to prevent costly breakdowns and prolonging the lifespan of assets.

What are some typical challenges a maintenance manager might face when leading a diverse team?
