Job Description

FLINT is seeking Heavy Equipment Operators with experience in forestry, mining, quarrying, utilities, heavy civil construction, and transportation industries. If you take pride in operating equipment safely, efficiently, and productively, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do

  • Operate a variety of heavy equipment in support of construction, earthworks, maintenance, and industrial projects.
  • Perform equipment inspections and complete required documentation.
  • Work closely with supervisors and crew members to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a strong commitment to FLINT's safety culture and operational excellence.
  • Support site activities while adapting to changing project requirements and conditions.

  • Experience operating one or more pieces of heavy equipment, including:
    • Dozers
    • Excavators
    • Graders
    • Articulated Trucks
    • Loaders
    • Rock Trucks
    • Other heavy construction and earthmoving equipment
  • Strong understanding of safe operating practices and equipment maintenance requirements.
  • Ability to work in industrial, construction, civil, mining, or maintenance environments.
  • Commitment to safety, reliability, and teamwork.
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to meet site access requirements.

This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
