You should also be comfortable working physically through various tasks—lifting 80-100 lbs., climbing ladders, and using machinery.Being highly organized, detail-oriented, and possessing good problem-solving abilities will ensure you tackle challenges effectively. Strong verbal and written communication skills will also enhance your collaboration with team members and contribute to maintaining our high safety and operational standards.Knowledge and skills required for the position are:Minimum age of 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and good driving record and ability to pass background check.Preferred minimum of 3 years of experience in facility maintenance, painting, carpentry or related field.
