The Hotel Maintenance Engineer is responsible for the upkeep and repair of a hotel's physical plant, including its equipment,systems, and grounds. They ensure a safe and comfortable environment for guests and staff by performing preventative maintenance, responding to maintenance requests, and addressing emergencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs onvarious systems like HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical.
  • Implementing and managing a preventative maintenance program to minimize equipment downtime and extend the lifespan of hotel assets.
  • Responding promptly and effectively to emergency situations such as power outages, plumbing leaks, and equipment failures.
