  • Ensure SAP system operation reliability for Production support landscape is comprised of SAP ERP (ECC), SAP BW/BPC, SAP SRM, SAP Fiori, PI, BI, Portal, GRC, IDM, Redwood and HANA.
  • Possess SAP HANA/SLT/BODS administration and technical core competencies for tasks including installations and upgrades, problem determination and resolution, software patching, support package application, performance tuning, and project sizing etc
  • Provide planning, installation and migration of SAP maintenance (support packages, enhancement packs, kernel upgrades) through all system landscapes.
  • Monitoring and reporting of ERP/SAP system performance (transactional, periodic and/or exception), including on-going support of SAP solution operations and maintenance to ensure operational efficiency and an optimum level of performance.
  • Possess a deep knowledge of hosted infrastructures, including network/firewall, system/OS, database and application facilities
  • Effectively collaborate with the SAP architecture team, business and ERP functional team leads to understand new business requirements, develop infrastructure/system solution blueprints aligning with standards and usage guidelines.
  • Work closely with Infrastructure operation team to facilitate regular capacity planning exercises and to efficiently translate project upcoming demands into infrastructure requirements and towards capacity management.
  • Review, devise and modifying in standard operating procedures, infrastructure methodologies and guidelines established for SAP backup/restore, high-availability and disaster recovery solutions
  • A minimum of 12 years of focused experience in SAP Systems administration including planning, installation, upgrade, administration of SAP Systems with a production support engineering background.
  • Experience with ERP, Portal, BOBJ, BODS, PI, BW/BPC systems while using HANA and Oracle databases.
  • A Minimum 5+ years of experience with SAP HANA and Oracle DB hands on engineering and administration experience including DB replication, high-availability and DR solutions.
  • Experience in implementation, administration and monitoring of SAP SLT [SAP Landscape Transformation Replication).
  • In addition, said experience has to include Linux/Windows Server administration, knowledge of monitoring and support server virtualization (Vmware), shared storage, backup/restore solutions for advanced/mission-critical business applications, sizing, performance optimization and the related infrastructure touch points.
