Riverway Assisted Living & Memory Care
Riverway is looking for a reliable, hands-on Maintenance Director to join our team! We need someone who takes pride in their work, notices the little things, and understands that maintaining our building is really about creating a safe, comfortable, beautiful home for our residents.
What We're Looking For
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and organized
  • Strong general maintenance and repair skills
  • Able to prioritize projects and complete them in a timely manner
  • Comfortable troubleshooting basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and building repairs
  • Able to manage preventative maintenance and routine inspections
  • Willing to jump in wherever needed
  • Great communication with residents, families, staff, vendors, and leadership
  • Someone who takes ownership and pride in our building
Responsibilities
  • Complete daily maintenance requests and repairs
  • Maintain resident apartments and common areas
  • Perform preventative maintenance and safety checks
  • Coordinate outside vendors and service providers when needed
  • Assist with apartment turns and new resident move-ins
  • Maintain building systems, equipment, grounds, and exterior areas
  • Respond appropriately to urgent maintenance needs
  • Keep maintenance areas, tools, and supplies organized
  • Work closely with the Executive Director and department leaders to keep Riverway running smoothly
