Position:Maintenance Supervisor

Department:Maintenance

Work Location:Arlington, TN. 100% Onsite

Hours:Monday-Friday, 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm (ability to work a varied shift as needed including weekends)

What you will be doing:

You will contribute to the overall success of the facility by supervising the maintenance and upkeep of the company's equipment, building(s), and grounds, in a manner that minimizes interruptions to the operation. Plans, directs, and implements safety programs to ensure a safe, healthy, and accident-free workenvironment.

  • Manages the daily operations of the MaintenanceDepartment,ensuringall organizational and departmental goals are met.
  • Perform both scheduled and unscheduled troubleshooting, repairs, and preventivemaintenance.
  • Supervises maintenance department staff, including security personnel.
  • Performs preventive maintenance to prevent unnecessaryexpensesand untimely failure, as needed.
  • Oversees installation, repair, and maintenance of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and mechanical.
  • Monitors the use and inventory of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment.
  • Maintainsaccountabilitiesfor all assigned budget lines and capitalexpenditures.
  • Advises and supports team membersasneeded.
  • Consults with vendors and security services to ensure satisfactory service levels and fair pricing.
  • Recommendsimprovements to operational processes and resolves maintained performance.
  • Plans, writes, and implements safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal OSHA rules and regulations.
  • Plans,develops, and implements training programs for managers and employees on safety practices, fire prevention, and proper handling of chemicals,equipment,and procedures.
  • Inspects facility to detect hazards.
  • Leadsinvestigationsintoaccidents and injuries.
  • Maintains safety files and records.
  • Supervisesemployees in compliance with company policies including hiring, training,scheduling,and directing work.
  • Evaluates quality of work, conducts performance appraisals, andconsultsemployees.
  • Addresses complaints and resolves problems.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diplomaor GED.
  • 3 + years ofMaintenance Supervisory experience.

  • Prolonged standing/walking, physical mobility in maintenance environment.
  • Must be able to work40 hoursper week, Monday through Friday, weekends as needed .
  • Authorized to work in the United States on a full-timebasis.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior supervisory or management experience leading maintenance teams.
  • Experience developing and implementing workplace safety programs.
