Claiborne Senior Living is seeking an experienced and dependable Maintenance Director to oversee facilities operations, safety, and preventative maintenance within our senior living community.

This leadership role ensures that our building, grounds, and equipment remain safe, functional, and welcoming for residents, families, and team members. What You’ll Do

  • Oversee all maintenance, repair, housekeeping coordination, and safety operations
  • Recruit, train, and supervise maintenance staff
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal codes and regulations
  • Implement and manage preventative maintenance programs
  • Conduct routine inspections of building systems and grounds
  • Oversee safety drills, emergency preparedness, and vendor coordination

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 5+ years of facilities maintenance experience
  • Minimum 2 years supervisory experience

  • Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems
  • Experience with OSHA and safety compliance standards
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed
