Claiborne Senior is seeking a reliable and hands-on Maintenance Assistant to support the daily upkeep, safety, and appearance of our senior living community.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with routine maintenance and repair of building systems
  • Support preventative maintenance programs
  • Perform minor plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry tasks
  • Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain grounds, common areas, and equipment
  • Follow safety and OSHA guidelines
  • Assist with emergency repairs as needed
