Pay Range: $18.75 to $25.00 per hour
The actual starting rate offered will be based on factors such as management experience, certifications, qualifications, availability, and the staffing needs of the restaurant.

Position Responsibilities
As a Department Manager, you will lead an assigned area of the restaurant and help ensure customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service during every visit.
You will provide leadership to crew members and other managers while maintaining outstanding Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
Responsibilities may include:
  • Leading an assigned restaurant department, such as People, Guest Services, or Kitchen
  • Supervising food-safety and cleanliness procedures to ensure McDonald's standards are met
  • Providing direction, coaching, and support to crew members and managers
  • Communicating effectively with crew members and other managers
  • Developing and executing plans to meet department goals
  • Achieving restaurant and department performance targets
  • Monitoring safety, security, inventory, and profitability
  • Creating or assisting with crew schedules
  • Managing crew deployment and breaks during assigned shifts
  • Encouraging strong performance, teamwork, and employee development
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Ensuring quality food production
  • Training new team members on essential job duties
  • Developing crew members and Shift Managers
  • Addressing customer concerns professionally
  • Following cash-handling and security procedures
