Overview
The Maintenance Administrative Coordinator is responsible for administrative matters such as reporting, issuing and posting of maintenance manuals, assisting with the completion of conformity packages, assisting with the onboarding of new aircraft and technicians. Various projects and general support of the maintenance department as needed.
Essential Responsibilities/Duties
  • Coordinates Maintenance Technician Onboarding and Training
  • Assists the Manager of Quality Assurance with Vendor Approval process.
  • Maintains rosters for approved company, and Vendor Maintenance Technicians.
  • Assists in the collecting and organization of data for various types of reports and projects.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • General computer skills
  • Experience with Outlook, Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat, and PowerPoint is a plus.
  • Must be reliable, motivated, and able to work independently
