Who You Are:

We are currently searching for a Facilities Maintenance Technician, reporting to a Territory Field Supervisor, to add to our service delivery team to deliver the highest standard of commercial maintenance and customer service to our clients. This is a perfect opportunity for a passionate, skilled commercial technician who is a detail-oriented, self-starter who enjoys travel, variety, autonomy, and being a part of a supportive, growing company. 

In this role, you will be able to jump in and make an immediate impact. Specifically, you will:

  • First and foremost, resonate with our mission, vision, and values as an organization and foster a culture of accountability within our workforce that reflects these values.
  • Utilize your 5+ years of commercial maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, drywalling, carpentry, and flooring in addition to your high school diploma or equivalent vocational certification(s), proven mechanical aptitude, and proficiency in reading assembly and blueprint drawings to deliver exceptional service to our customers with minimal direct supervision. 
  • Be the eyes and ears in the field, responsible for successfully completing service tickets in a designated territory in a cost conscience, high-quality, timely manner.
  • Maintain clear lines of professional communication with lead technician(s), field supervisor(s), field Manager(s), and office staff on open issues and progress of all work assigned including thorough documentation.  
  • Be flexible and cooperative with fellow employees and customers while displaying a high level of professionalism.
  • Follow all policies and procedures to ensure proper and safe working conditions.
  • Travel up to several hundred miles per week to client sites and meet the demands of a flexible on-call schedule. 
  • Provide your own reliable transportation (capacity to transport tools and equipment (e.g. 16 ft., ladder, sheet rock, sewer machine), valid driver’s license, hand tools, and toolbox suitable for the job (a list of those recommended will be provided).
  • Be able to lift up to 80 lbs., apply up to 200 pounds of torque, and perform work while bending, stooping, standing, sitting, and lying down.
