Do you have at least 2 years of industrial, manufacturing, or commercial facility maintenance experience and enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment? Then this Facility Maintenance Associate role may be a great fit for you.
This company manufactures rocket engines for space exploration and is a global leader in the reusable engine market. They are an innovative, high-performance aerospace company focused on precision, quality, and groundbreaking technology.

In this role, you will help keep the manufacturing facility running safely and efficiently by maintaining the infrastructure, equipment, and workspaces that support rocket production and testing. You’ll play a key role in minimizing downtime by responding to repair requests, performing preventive maintenance, and supporting facility upgrades.
This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering consistent full-time hours, competitive pay, excellent benefits, and long-term career growth.

Facility Maintenance Associate Duties:
  • Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on facility infrastructure including doors, building systems, compressed air systems, chilled water systems, and common spaces
  • Respond quickly to maintenance requests, equipment issues, and facility emergencies to minimize downtime and restore operations safely
  • Support manufacturing operations by setting up workstations, moving equipment, installing shelving, and modifying facility layouts
  • Complete general building repairs including drywall, painting, flooring, carpentry, and hardware replacement
  • Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring tools
Schedule:
  • Day Shift
  • Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
  • Weekend work required on occasion
Pay:
  • $26.00–$32.00 per hour
Facility Maintenance Associate Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of industrial, manufacturing, commercial building maintenance, or general maintenance technician experience
  • Skilled using hand tools, power tools, and measuring tools such as tape measures and rulers
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Ability to follow written instructions and blueprints
