Job description

The Office Manager (Remote) will lead a remote team and oversee the smooth operation of office functions across multiple departments. This role requires managing independent workflows while coordinating communication and collaboration in a virtual environment. The Office Manager will implement policies, manage budgets, maintain records, and ensure efficient handling of office supplies and vendor relationships, leveraging specialized remote tools and standard office software.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule meetings and coordinate calendars across departments
  • Manage correspondence and maintain organized records
  • Oversee office supplies procurement and inventory management
  • Track and manage office budgets
