Location: Schofield, Wisconsin
Are you someone who enjoys working with your hands, solving problems, and seeing the results of a hard day's work? Do you take pride in doing quality work and want to be part of a growing team?
Platinum Property Management and Platinum Home Services are looking for a dependable, motivated Maintenance & Turnover Technician to join our team. This position offers a variety of work across residential rental properties and home service projects throughout Central Wisconsin.
What You'll Do
Every day is different. Responsibilities may include:
  • Apartment turnover repairs, cleaning and rent-ready projects
  • General residential maintenance and repairs
  • Painting, drywall repair, and finish work
  • Basic plumbing and fixture installation
  • Basic electrical repairs and troubleshooting
  • Carpentry and general handyman tasks
  • Preventative maintenance inspections
  • Exterior maintenance and seasonal property care
  • Assisting with remodeling and improvement projects
  • Completing work orders using company software
  • Maintaining company tools, equipment, and vehicles
  • Providing professional customer service while working in occupied homes and rental properties
