Receive requests for apartment maintenance and preparation and execute them according to the required specifications. Collaborating on tasks related to equipment and building inspections. All other related tasks.
Experience and training: 6 months experience in building maintenance or related experience (an asset). Knowledge of construction, carpentry, plumbing, painting and building maintenance. Ability to lift or push heavy objects.
Ability to communicate and work in a team. Good manual dexterity. Good knowledge of spoken and written French.
