POSITION DESCRIPTION: Schedule: Full-time, day shift Salary: Starting at $30 per hour ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Actively participate in the life of the residence Adapt the facilities according to the seasons Be available to respond to emergencies Collaborating closely with management and internal teams Conduct regular inspections and ensure necessary follow-up. Maintaining common areas and facilities Make the necessary purchases for maintenance Perform any other related tasks associated with the maintenance service.
