Canton Mancan Staffing Agency is assisting a local company in hiring a Property Maintenance Aide!
Hours: 8:00am4:30pm | Pay: $18$22/hr (based on experience)
A clean background, valid drivers license, and reliable transportation are required, as travel between sites may be necessary.
Prior maintenance experience is required for this role.
Job Summary:The Property Maintenance Aide performs a variety of general and semi-skilled maintenance, cleaning, painting, and repair duties to ensure housing units are properly maintained and meet HUD regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in preparing vacant units for occupancy, including cleaning and making repairs. Perform basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC repairs. Paint, clean, and maintain interior and exterior areas. Respond to maintenance work orders and emergencies promptly. Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively. Transport tools and materials between sites as needed.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior experience in property or building maintenance. Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work independently. Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing manual labor.
