Front Desk Agent (Full-Time)
MainStay Suites | Rapid City, SD
Are you friendly, dependable, and passionate about great customer service? Join the team at MainStay Suites Rapid City as a Front Desk Agent and help create exceptional guest experiences every day.
This is a full-time position requiring a flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays.
What You'll Do
  • Welcome and assist guests with a friendly, professional attitude.
  • Process check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest requests.
  • Answer phones and provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
  • Accurately handle guest accounts, payments, and hotel transactions.
  • Promote hotel amenities and services to maximize guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk and lobby area.
  • Assist with laundry, light property maintenance, and snow removal as needed.
  • Follow hotel safety, security, and cash-handling procedures.
  • Serve as Manager on Duty when management is unavailable.
What We're Looking For
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude with strong attention to detail.
  • Basic computer and math skills.
  • Hospitality or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
