Role: Mainframe Developer
Location: Houston TX

Who are we looking for?
Mainframe COBOL Developer working with IMS. Hand on experience in complex mainframe applications.
Technical Skills:
  • 5+ years' experience IMS activities
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and providing root cause analysis
  • Should have troubleshooting technique.
  • Analytical and problem solving abilities and communication skills
  • IMS, COBOL, JCL, Ezetrieve
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Develop programs using COBOL & JCL & IMS as database
  • Perform impact analysis of existing application
  • Create unit test plan & test results
  • Work with Implementation team for moving changes to higher environments (QA, PROD)
Qualification:
  • Education qualification: B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent technical degree
  • 5+ years of experience with Mainframe IMS DB platform
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
