Job description

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a highly skilledQuadient Solution Architectto lead end-to-end Customer Communication Management (CCM) modernization and transformation programs. The candidate will be responsible for defining the technical architecture, driving legacy migration initiatives, and ensuring seamless delivery across planning, design, build, testing, and deployment phases. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in theQuadient Inspire platform, hands‑on experience migrating from legacy CCM tools (Documaker, Exstream, Xpression), and a strong understanding of insurance domain processes. This role requires strategic thinking, technical depth, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams while ensuring governance, quality, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end Quadient-based CCM modernization/transformation programs across all phases.
  • Define the technical architecture, integration strategy, and transformation roadmap aligned with enterprise systems (CRM, ECM, print/mail/email gateways).
  • Oversee extraction logic from legacy systems, identify issues proactively, and leverage automation for efficiency.
  • Design and develop accelerators to migrate templates and processes from Documaker, Exstream, and Xpression to Quadient.
  • Establish governance for template management, content modularization, version control, and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with business, IT, QA, and infrastructure teams to gather requirements, prioritize features, and deliver solutions.
  • Lead Quadient developers, testers, and coordinate with business analysts and product owners.
  • Manage configuration, change management, and production deployment activities.
  • Ensure strict adherence to SLAs, coding standards, compliance requirements, and security guidelines.
  • Provide expert input on performance tuning, document optimization, load balancing, and omnichannel enablement.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong expertise inQuadient Inspire(Designer, Interactive, Scaler, Dynamic Communications).
  • 7+ years in CCM technologies and 3+ years in Quadient-specific architecture roles (preferred).
  • Proven experience leading modernization/migration programs, preferably from mainframes to open systems.
  • Strong understanding of customer communication strategies, template design, and document lifecycle.
  • Hands‑on experience with print/mail/email/SMS outputs, accessibility standards, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency with integrations involving APIs and Web Services.
  • Experience with legacy CCM platforms such as Documaker, OT Exstream, and Xpression.
  • Strong skills in performance tuning, load balancing, and automation.
  • Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
