Job Title:Senior Mainframe Developer – OMNI Overview / Summary

Seeking an experienced Senior OMNI (Mainframe) Developer with 8+ years of experience and strong expertise in OMNI applications and Mainframe technologies. The candidate will be responsible for development, enhancement, production support, and maintenance of business-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and implement OMNI/Mainframe solutions.
  • Analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions.
  • Support production issues and perform root cause analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience.
  • Experience with OMNI application development and support.
  • Strong knowledge of COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, and VSAM.
  • Experience with TSO/ISPF and Endevor/Changeman.
  • Experience with Mainframe batch processing and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with production support and incident management.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the Banking/Financial Services domain.
  • Exposure to Mainframe modernization and integration initiatives.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
