At least 7 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes

Experience on Mainframe DB2 & IMS database environment

Seasoned Mainframe DB2 z/OS DBA having knowledge supporting them

Good knowledge of DB2 Database in V9 & V10

Solid Knowledge in DB2/IMS Performance & Tuning

Good experience in managing large database environment

Having good knowledge in database upgrades and data migrations

Maintain all IMS HALDB, Full Function databases and DB2 structures

Perform functions such as PSBGEN, DBDGEN and ACBGEN

Manage changes to all other database related objects (PSB's, DBD's, ACB's) based on application requirements

Review & Maintain Database Backup/Recovery strategy

Database refresh Activities between Prod, QA & Dev

Proficient with IBM IMS & DB2 utilities and BMC tools

Project and talent management

Experience with project management

Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel



Qualifications

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology.
