Job description

As Digital Marketing Coordinator, you are responsible for developing, executing and optimising digital marketing initiatives that support Unilin’s marketing and commercial objectives for the Insulation division. You play an active role in shaping the digital marketing strategy, manage digital campaigns end‑to‑end and contribute to budget planning and performance steering.

You operate with a high degree of autonomy, while collaborating closely with the country marketeers, the webmaster and the external digital marketing agency, and act as a hands‑on digital expert within the marketing organisation.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Contribute to the development of Unilin’s digital marketing strategy in line with business priorities and marketing strategy and translate those into concrete annual and campaign plans across digital channels (web, email, social, paid)
  • Lead the execution of digital campaigns with input from marketing coordinators regarding product groups and local market context
  • Evaluate digital campaign performances and allocate budget accordingly together with internal stakeholders and external marketing performance agencies
  • Lead and participate in projects such as further development of lead generation, lead nurturing, etc in collaboration with internal stakeholders such as the sales organization and IT

Who are you?

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing or performance/content‑driven roles
  • Solid understanding of content marketing, marketing automation and analytics
  • Experience working with digital budgets and external agencies
  • Strong organisational, analytical and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience within an international organization with multiple product groups is a plus
  • Fluent in English, other European languages are a plus
