Job description

The Mailroom Associate drives company sales growth and enhances profitability for Crate and Barrel, CB2, and related brands by promptly fulfilling all direct marketing mail requests, orders for gift cards or swatches, and processing shop card refunds efficiently.

A day in the life as a Mailroom Associate...

  • Facilitate the seamless processing and distribution of inter-office and outgoing mail, including express letters, for the Distribution Center, Contact Center, and store

  • Proficiently manage the storage, organization, and replenishment of office supplies and sales aids

  • Ensure precise inventory levels of swatches and office supplies by consistently conducting stock audits, placing orders promptly, and implementing efficient replenishment processes

  • Operate and maintain all mailroom equipment and systems to ensure efficient operation

  • Utilize the most efficient and cost effective method within confines of requests made by sender

  • Ensure proper labeling, packaging and appearance for daily pick-ups

  • Efficiently dispatch sales aid orders, gift and shop cards, and any supplementary mail to both customers and stores

  • Collaborate effectively with diverse business partners to address outages and low stock situations for sales aids, ensuring timely restocking and accurate availability messaging
