What we need from you:

The On-Call Mailroom Courier is responsible for all transportation of inter-office mail, supplies and other assigned materials on a daily assigned route. As this is an on-call role, this position will not have a set schedule, but will fill in on an as-needed basis.

  • Operate company vehicle while transporting inter-office mail, supplies or other materials to designated destinations.
  • Sort items to be delivered according to delivery route.
  • Schedule FedEx and UPS shipments in timely manner.
  • Represent Land Title professionally in all dealings with outside customers, vendors and the general public.
  • Demonstrate a continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes and work cooperatively and jointly to provide seamless customer service.
  • Actively participate as a team member and provide support to others when necessary.
  • Undertake special delivery trips and errands as needed.
  • Assist with effective Mail Center operations by delivering feedback, implementing and adapting to change, and communicating with others.

    Qualifications

    • Ability to lift 50 pounds or more.
    • Computer literacy, PC skills – email, internet, and Microsoft programs.
    • Ability to read a street map or follow other driving directions.
    • Ability to establish good interpersonal relationships by helping people feel valued, appreciated, and included.
    • Ability to act promptly in routine situations; agree on a clear course of action in non-routine situations; take opportunities to exceed expectations without making unreasonable commitments.
    • Ability to demonstrate honesty; keep commitments; behave in a consistent manner.

    Hiring Requirements

    • A High School diploma
    • Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
    • Previous experience as a courier/professional driver preferred

    Compensation:

    • The anticipated pay rate for this position is $18.90 per hour.
    • In accordance with Colorado state law, this position is non-exempt and all overtime will be paid at time and a half
    • There is potential for an annual employee profit-sharing bonus, based on company performance.
