Responsibilities:
  • Position Summary: The Field Support Representative (FSR / Floater) is a highly adaptable operational professional responsible for providing on-site coverage and project support across multiple client locations within the assigned region. This role ensures business continuity during employee absences, vacations, and other types of PTO, while also supporting special projects, operational transitions, service enhancements, and new site launches. The FSR must be flexible, customer-focused, detail-oriented, and capable of quickly integrating into diverse site environments while maintaining high service standards. Travel within the designated service area is required.
    Operational Coverage: Provide onsite coverage for absences, PTO, and open positions across locations. Quickly adapt to site procedures and maintain service continuity. Communicate site updates, risks, and support needs to management. Project Support Assist with site launches, transitions, and operational audits. Support process improvements and cross-training initiatives. Complete special assignments as directed by leadership.
    Copy / Print Centers
    - Operate production equipment and manage print job workflows. Perform finishing services (binding, laminating, cutting). Monitor supply inventory and ensure deadline compliance. Producing professional-quality documents, presentations, and marketing materials. Managing digital print queues and work order systems.
    Mailroom Services:
    - Sort and distribute incoming/outgoing mail and packages. Process shipments via USPS, FedEx, UPS, and couriers. Maintain tracking logs and ensure shipping compliance.
    Facilities Support:
    - Coordinate work orders and vendor activities. Conduct basic facility inspections and support office moves. Maintain safety and service standards.
    Office Services:
    - Set up conference rooms and manage office supply inventory. Provide general administrative and records support. Support on-boarding logistics and workspace readiness.
    Concierge / Front Desk:
    - Greet guests and manage visitor check-in systems. Answer phones and coordinate access requests. Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area.
    Shipping & Receiving:
    - Receive, inspect, and log inbound deliveries. Prepare and coordinate outbound shipments. Maintain organized storage and safe material handling practices.

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in the following:
    - Office services
    - Facilities
    - Mailroom
    - Print Center/Copy Room
    - Or related operational support roles.
    Ability to travel daily within assigned region.
    Strong customer service and communication skills.
    Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office equipment.
    Ability to quickly learn site-specific systems and procedures.
    Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (as required by site needs).
    Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
