Job Summary
- Pay Rate: $17.00 - $17.25/hour
- Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Dress Code: Business Casual
- Job Type: Temp to Engage
- Interview: In-Person
- No driving required
- Work with Excel to add numbers to reports
- Identify and handle various loan documents
- Provide reception coverage and customer-facing support
- Daily use of Microsoft Office software (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Responsible for high volume copying, printing, and binding tasks
- Operate document imaging equipment and related software
- Manage mail systems: sorting, distributing, shipping/receiving, applying postage
- Maintain and troubleshoot copier and imaging equipment
- Maintain records for reports and supply inventory
- Distribute office supplies and mail within the company
- Calculate charges and maintain billing logs for completed jobs
- Respond to and coordinate required service calls
- Perform filing, purging, and document archiving
- Set up meeting and conference rooms as needed
- May perform light maintenance, building support, and cleaning tasks
- May require occasional overtime, including nights and weekends
- Use various office equipment: copier, fax, postage meter, calculator, bindery tools
- Deliver completed jobs to designated locations
